Map downloads

Hi all
Am I missing something but I now find it impossible to download any maps, before I just used to click on the download and away we went but now all I get is all free download slots are taken.
Can anyone throw any light on this, what am I doing wrong.

You aren't doing anything wrong. You are getting that message because all free download slots are taken.
