hello i have a tomtom one canada 310 i always update to the latest maps using the fast activate feature but this time using uk 895_4444 it just keeps saying cannot use this map any ideas ? ive done exactly what i usually do but to no avail

1. I don't like reading bandworms
2. I have no idea what you usually do.
3. I have many ideas, but not enough info rom you to make a judgement.

sorry for not posting enough info i am not a pro at updating devices just the 2 i have xl and one , any help greatly appreciated , trying to put uk and ireland 895_4444 on my one , 8.010 app , 890_4234 is currently running

Simply add the new map and use FatActivate as linked in the map thread to activate the map.

sorry but ive done this and it says the same thing cannot use this map it needs to be activated first

The error means either the map is not activated (missing .dct file for the map) or that the Navcore is not patched - that is explainedin the tutorials as well
