Help needed with tomtom go 700

i have a tomtom go 700 bought in europe in 2006, i came back to Canada now and want to install the usa and canada map..... can somebody direct me to the good navcore and compatible map. i did found some maps ( USA_and_Canada_855_2931) and navcore (Navcore_7.00.8286) but when i did the upload + patch of my TTsystem files.....my tomtom does not find any maps..... im lost!!!!

Nothing will work with your current navcore. The map is also out of date.

Go here: TomTom Automatic Navcore Installation Read the instructions carefully. Select: SE_Navcore.8.412.1236_32mb_devices.rar

Go here: 860 maps with installer and Fast Activate Read the instructions carefully. Select: North_America_860.3101 1,7Gb

I also have a go 700 and i use navcore v9.051 and it works great and the voice commands works if you use origional suction mount with built in microphone.

Hi I get an error when I want to patch ttsystem.

Already patched??? it says...

I have a GO720. Did install navcore and north america map...

Can anyone help me pls?

What navcore did you install? Where did you get it? How did you install it/

i installed SE_Navcore.8.412.1236_32mb_devices.rar

and did as told so here

1. This navcore is PRE-PATCHED.
2. A 720 doesn't need to use 1 of the Autoinstall setups.
3. You should use 1 of the 9 navcores. I have 9.205 on my 720.
