problem activating Benelux_1040_9800

Hi guys, i want to wish you a happy Christmas.

i got a issue with a Benelux map.

is about tje Benelux_1040_9800, and when i activate with fastactivate it tells me DCT ok, so i assume evrything is ok.

however, when i boot my tomtom start, i tells me i cant use the map, and i have to select another.

This one is new for me, do you guys got an idea?

What version of navcore are you using & did you patch it with FastActivate option 3?

I think im stupid, I don't know what kind of navcore was on The machine. Don't even know how to see wich navcore it had.

I just tossed The old country map away and put Benelux on it.

I used option 2 to activate, I did not patched The navcore, don't think it was needed.


Its a Tomtom start, can you tell me The next step to do?

Surely you've done all of this before...how many devices do you have?

Either the new Benelux map is incompatible with your navcore or you need to patch the navcore so it will work

You were right, it had to do with The navcore. I removed all of The files, and started from scratch.

About The amount of tomtom, I have one, but i have a big big indian family.

Im The only nerd in The family.
