When TTS is not available on your system, just remove all cspeech file, leaving them on your system won't harm device.

Don,t see any advance to use the 1000.8641
As I mentioned before the One has no purpose for the Cspeech files and ASR
HNR is only necessary for Greece, Rusia etc not for France.
The 1000.8644 is perfect for the one.

You can unpack the map with winrar no password needed.

I think we have a different point of view
Both maps are the same, only the France cspeech files is missing as far as I saw at the moment

I use a VPN, the FTP does not pass with my VPN. (pe1agp link)

Ok, in the beginning the problem was that the only maps we had available for France were not compatible with your old navcore (NC) 8.010
So to help you update to a newer map, you have no choice but to upgrade to a newer navcore...it's a pain but you will end up with a much better device with a more advanced map as well.

Some of the features contained in the 1000.8641 map are of no use to you as your TT One does not have an inbuilt microphone...so either is ok but 1000.8644 is a better choice.

Just follow holyhead's tutorial in post 14 and you'll end up with a new operating system on your device with the very latest map with more advanced features than you've ever had before. The whole process will only take a few minutes to complete, so as Holyhead says...post back here with the results either good or bad
