I wait for your answere what to do ?

There is not much you can do except to install the trucknavcore again.
Make a backup from the SD card and format the SD card Fat32 fast (and even better Fat32 slow).
After that install the truck navcore on the SD card. SD card in 750 and a hard reset till you hear the drums.
It take a while to start up. If you don,t have a map internal after starting if it go,s allright you got the message no map found. Then you can place the map but set aside the file mapsettings, cfg.
Lets look how far you get.
I have just install the navcore on my 750 and everything went allright.

Follow holyhead's advice in the post above...obviously your original fault was on the SD card

I don´t not know what happen but yesterday the internet was hit by lightning and last night the power was down so this morning I start the PC and the internet was back and then I saw the message of Holyhead.
Even it is not my fault I want to say sorry

Back on topic.
I test it today in all kind of way, I slow format the sd card and put the NC from Holyhead on the card and it start up with the original 865 map which is on the device but went in a loop with the truck 1030 map
Then I format the card again but now fast en put NC9.702 on the card and it start with truck 1025 map without any error but went in a loop with the 1030 map.

I slow format the 16GB sd card again but now it takes almost 2 hours, I don´t know if that is normal but I take an other 32GB sd card, format it fast and install the Holyhead NC which is v9.701 and it works fine with the 1030 truck map.
Then I copy the other 1025 maps, Benelux + DE-AT-CH + Europe + Scandinavia to the sd card and it works even I have not been on the road so far but will do that tomorrow.
So far I think the sd card was the problem just what fredderf wote

It look like that starting is slower with this 9.701 NC then with 9.702. Is that so ?
What is the difference between 9.701 and 9.702 ?

I don't know the differences between the two but I've seen that many people prefer the NC 9.701 so I'd stick with that one if it works for you

If you try the Truck 1030 map again, do so without any speedcam files and see if it still boot loops...some people extract ALL of the speedcams into a map folder which cause the same boot loop.

Error problem is gone, so far so good
I try both NC with a few 1025 maps and both works fine without any error.
When I put the 1030 truck map on the card, no matter which NC i use, the map works fine
Then I put the cfg file in the map and it still works fine
Then I put the speedcams in the map and the loop is back but only with NC 9.702
Removing speedcams did not solve the problem but after removing the map it works fine.
Then I did the same again, put 1030 truck map on the sd card and it works fine then the speedcams again in the map and I don´t know why but it works fine.
Can someone explain this to me ?
And what is the best way to do it in the future ?

That's weird...but at least it works now

As I said before, some people extract ALL of the speedcams into a map folder which causes the boot loop. So only extract the speedcams that are relevant to the countries in the map and you should have no problems.

I never extract ALL speedcams to a map but only the country speedcams and then only the Safety speedcams
I never have used the Blitzer of Fartkamera and so on just the Safety
As example, Benelux only have BE + LU + NL safety speedcams in the map
But now I know that I do it well even it looks weird.
thanks for helping me :023:
