activation problem with western europe 1gb

hi guys i am tring to install on my tomtom xxl wester europ 1gb 1005.8819 but cant activate the map its giving me error plz need hlep to activate this map

There is no meta code for that map so this means it can be activated. Alway,s first look if a meta code is available if not downloading the map is a waste of time.
