Just downloaded, but there were files only for New York, New Jersey, Illinois and Texas. This was the same thing as for the HERE files recently uploaded where they said more were coming later. Why are only four states available? Is this related to the process that makes the files available for upload, or a file hosting size constraint? When will the entire USA be available?
