How to install maps of South East Asia TomTom (TeleAtlas) 2014.03 into gogo909?

Just copy and paste into folder igo/content

I 've followed the above but there are licensing issues on maps so the maps could not be opened , is there any other way so that the maps can be opened in iGo ?

Yes, I have the original maps but still maps IGO 2012.
I want to install maps TomTom (TeleAtlas) 2014.03.
Do you know how to install maps with maps igo license belonging to someone else?

To use maps from this (or any similar) site, you need to be running a cracked version of iGO.

Sometimes you can get away with replacing a couple of files, or it's easier to replace the whole lot.
Most people replace the whole installation, after making a full backup of course.
