this map doesn't load on Igo 8.3 anymore, only Primo. any idea how to get them running on Igo?

Make a backup save
Try deleting save.

i'm afraid deleting save directory didn't help -
it asked me choose display & voice language
but after that stucked at GEODB INITDBFILES

Maps 07/2019 was fine?

yes, i double checked

also tried loading Igo without base map - 07/2019 starts okay, 12/20219 freeze at the same place

You did not specify on which device the iGO 8.3 is installed

I'm testing it on Win CE 5 emulator (for Windows) before updating the files in my car which is running modified Win CE version as well

I confirm, hangs Igo 8.3, had to revert to 2019-07 map.
Did it on Mio320 wince5.0 and chinese wince6.
