I've been running IGO8 on various WINCE devices over the years, starting off with Binatone U435 then U605, then a Chinese 7" unit. All have worked fine by loading IGO8 onto the SD card, with a shell.ini to point to the MobileNavigator program.
The Chinese unit has started to misbehave ( losing date/time settings ), so I've obtaied a Binatone U700.
However, when I load the SD card containing IGO8, the Binatone unit just loads its own navigation software.
Any ideas on how I get the unit to point the SD card?

The Binatone native software ( NDrive ) seems quite good, and has up to date maps, but has 2 major failings for me -
1. Can only select Car or Pedestrian for the routing. IGO8 let me select Bus, which was great for towing a caravan, as it avoids all of the tiny roads.
2. IGO8 allowed me to load POIs in the USERDATA folder, and I could keep them separated ( e.g. Wales Holiday, McDonalds, etc). The Binatone just allows you to import "Favorites", with no segregation.
