hi
i have igo primo 2.4 isreal. here maps they work ok but tomtom june 2018 will show up but when i try to set a route it says the destination cannot be reached because the starting point is isolated. please can someone help. i have a tomtom map R3 2016 and it works ok. but the june 2018 does not. i only have the UK map in the folder.

That error message is saying that no map for that area is found. You might have gotten a bad map download. Delete the bad map from the program and re-download it again from a different thread.
