PT, ES maps (.fbl) not recognized... Belgium map is ok. I have not installed all maps, of course. Any help?

which IGO program to run? I have an WinCE IGO Chinese PDA and says it can't find the maps.

I use Portuguese Maps and they can't be found, probably are corrupt, on 2018.01 didn't have any problem

It does say in the title of the page that this is a torrent so there aren't any direct download links
However, there are two magnet links on this page which you can paste into a torrent client to download the map
