I installed a new Igo using the link post 36. Could install a new SD card but I have a big issue : in Map parameters, I can not activate some markers like repères, batiments, relief(sorry my GPS is in french). This means that I can not choose a service station or a restaurant as destination.
I have a doubt with the ui_igo9 folder. What should be inside ? which subfolders containing what ?

The link in post 36 are maps only. So you installed just the maps or a full program (as I read what follows points to a program) ??

Here you lost me completely. Map parameters? Activate markers? what should be in ui_igo9 folder?
I can only think you tried to install a Primo version and missed somewhere.
In most cases Primo comes in rar format. Unrar it and copy it to where you want, like sd. That is the full installation of the program and only content should be added.
Languages go in content/lang and voices in content/voice. The rest is like this : maps-buildings-dem-poi-f82/where-put-map-related-files-igo-primo-t11326.html. Do not unzip zipped files!! If all is in the correct place and Primo starts up, you can set it up. In settings you should now be able to activate buildings and landmarks (repères?) and 3D.

I have downloaded iGo-Primo 2.4-9.6.13 Complete, thereafter I downloaded the maps iGO R3 HERE (Navteq) Europe 2014.Q3 Full and uncompressed. I followed the instructions from the Instructions.txt file. Then checked if every file is in the right place, it is. I tested my GPS on the road and it works.
The issue is that I can activate buildings, 3D and landmarks in the settings as they are grayed in the submenu. However the needed files are in the right place.

Two things
1. Just that I do not forget to tell you, I write this first. 3D landmarks and buildings are not seen everywhere. Buildings only show in major or important cities. So when you might expect to see the local important building and you don't, that is the reason.
2. This could be a license issue. what licenses were included in the download and where did you get it?
