Can I Mix Map File Builds

Lets say I need updated GB maps so went for HERE 2014 Q2 but I only had the 2013 Q4 had the fjw files I need. Is it OK to mix match?

To a degree, yes. I don't know if what you're specifically asking will work, however you lose nothing by trying.
