TTS for iGO Primo 2.4

I am hoping that someone out there can help me.
I am currently using the iGO Primo 2.4 on my Eonon navigation system. I would like to use tts voices, as the alternative does not give me street names, or more importantly, it does not over-ride my radio. I therefore, can not hear the instructions given to me.
I am a newbie, and am rather unsure just what I should be doing. I start with other requests on the site, only to learn that they are for Android users, and not for my situation[using nav system in my vehicle]. I know this sounds lame, but would truly appreciate some help getting an English spreaking TTS.

Just go to the voices section of the forum download the TTS file and insert it in the voices directory on your SD card.

I have gone to the voices, and only found the 1 posting in there...by Nabi in 2010. The files to download were not available, stating that they were no longer there.
Any other ideas.

Hi Shueygal are you using wince on your eonon satnav system. I cant see anyway to send you an attachment on this message. If I could I would send you the files.
