No sound IGO ISRAEL help

Hi

I have android in my car ( 4.2.2 ) i have installed IGO Primo 9.6.29.390522 ( israel ) Im using mainly UK maps but problem is :
When i have radio on there is no sound from IGO ( turn left etc ) volume of the radio is going down when igo should say turn left etc but no sounds from IGO come out just silent.

Can someone help me please.
