The link for downloading "7 US TTS Voice Package" is not working - the file is not there.
I am looking for the files.
Is there any way to get the files?

Many thanks @jtrosky for the prompt reply! That's what I've done but somehow it working partially (only Loquendo TTS) in my 9.6.13.405512 Primo WinCE version.
So maybe re-uploading the whole package form post #10 will help here.
Also apart from enabling TTS I'm trying to enable Voice Recognition panel for this version. Have you ever succeeded with ASR (VR in US English)?
