Hebrew language file, supports full Hebrew menus

Took me some time, but now I'm satisfied with the result.

Hebrew language file, tested with Igo 8.3.4 and iGO 8.3.5. supports full Hebrew menus.
File name: Lang_Hebrew.zip
Move to iGO8/content/lang
