hi all could you give details how to install premium voices using win scp and easyusetools on my 3gs, tried to follow other threads but am lost? need detailed instruction as am confused? thanks for any reply's

there are several ways to do this...

probably the easiest will be to create your dct files for the voices
then add them into the voices folder
in the app folder on the device with winscp

[SIZE=100][color=red]AAHBQB2XJE[/color][/size]
This is a universal device ID for all tomtom iphone apps, as far as I know it has never changed since it was released.
you need to create a deviceid.txt file with this code for the activation tool to create your dct file

once you have activated the premium content you can copy to your device...

alternatively you can download the pre-patched premium voices from this thread

then you just need to install into your TomTom App folder /voices on the device with winSCP
(you would require OpseSSH installed)

or you could add then into your ipa file and sync
the IPA file is actually just a Zip archive file

1) rename the .IPA to .ZIP
2) unpack the zip
3) add your voices to the voices folder
4) repackage the files to a new ZIP archive
5) rename the new ZIP to IPA
6) add the new custom IPA to iTunes and sync

I couldn't get this one to work. Is this limited to the US and Canada version only?
