TomTom 1.5 - add/change map

Hallo, I'm new to TomTom and Iphone

I have TT 1.5 running on my Iphone 4.1 with BeNeLux map 860.3101. But I now need to run it with the map Western_Africa_855_2883 which I found here.
My Question: Is it possible to add the W-Africa map, or delete the BeNeLux one and install W-Africa?
