You install just as you would on a jailbroken phone. it is an .ipa file

Yeh same here. Worked fine for about 2 weeks but now getting same message. Authentication failure please verify you have downloaded the latest licensed version of the application from the app store. Please Help Thanks.

Yes it will. Using it on iOS 5.1.1.

Also make sure the permissions on the map folder is set correctly so the mobile user has ownership.
