Turkey map for HONDA CIVIC 2006-2011?

Hello,

I have been living in Netherlands for 5 years. For working purposes, I moved to Turkey/Istanbul. My car is Honda civic FN1 - 2007 HB. It has a navigation system works with DVD (probably Alpine). Since I moved to Turkey, I need a map or software that works in Turkey.

Is there any way to find Turkey map for my car?

The maps I loaded into my 2018 Honda Civic are not showing up. Maps I have downloaded or unlocked. Do I need to patch? But how can i patch the vehicle? How can I see the maps I have installed if no patches are needed? Do I need to use a locked map? I apologize for my English. I hope it is understandable.
