Garmin Honda Jazz 2016 gps problems

good morning friends, I have a problem and I would like your collaboration, I have a Honda Jazz from 2016 with a garmin integrated dog, last December I updated the maps and there was a defect in the update that did not work and in addition the base maps have been deleted and now the gps doesn't work, it's like you're in the middle of the field all the time. Garmin does not give me a solution, what can I do? thank you so much

My civic is 9th generation (2013) model EX-L NAVI with garmin system (mexican version, I think is Panasonic), and the current map is CN North America NT 2020.10 (Southern US & Mexico).
