what is the cphoneme.dat file? is that I can delete it to save space on the disc?
that's what I have to delete to free up space?

It would make sense to have the full details before answering.
Also it is always best to select a map that actually will fit on the device.

So in that case I don't understand your problem,
update the bootloader to 5.5112 or 5.5128 and use SDHC card of up to 32GB....
And please edit your posting to remove your DeviceID and serial number.
Once you updated the bootloader check the Navcore section for my installer and install a V9 Navcore with the new map(s).

Bootlloader 5.5128 is the file named "system" in [Please Register or Login to download file]

Copy the "system" file to your current SD cards & boot your devices, then you will be able to use the larger SDHC cards.
