The WE 3675 map is posted, but no meta yet.
The UK&ROI 3675 meta is posted, but no map yet.
Your are not doomed, just be patient.
BTW, neither map nor meta is posted for the maps that I use.

Well I found the problem, the meta has 1 space too much!
Just replace:
; Western_Europe_1GB v875.3675
7D 36 62 4E 33 7C F0 98 83 77 9F 08 F9 F2 F9 DE Western_Europe_1GB-424.meta
by

; Western_Europe_1GB v875.3675
7D 36 62 4E 33 7C F0 98 83 77 9F 08 F9 F2 F9 DE Western_Europe_1GB-424.meta

The only difference is the space before 7D. But with the previous notation it cannot generate the meta and dct file!

It works ok on my HP ipaq 5940, but I noticed that it works best if you install the TT program on the storage card!
Thanks a lot guys!

I just noticed that the space before 7D disapears in the reply! But if you have trouble with the patching of the files just look for the space before the meta line.
The way it is shown here is the right one (or in this case the right two)
