Of course you can.
If your device is not "end of life", you will update from Tomtom MyDriveConnect.
If your device is "end of life" (or you need free speedcams, or need an other coverage), you will update from TTActivator.
Search a little bit in the forum.
Last Nav3 Europe (45 countries) 1155 : size is over 5Gb.
If your device isn't the 8Gb version, you will use RlinkExplorer to load it on a 8 or 16Gb SDHC card.
