Traffice receiver advice

Postby Wolfman » Wed Jul 11, 2012 9:44 pm

Hi,

I'm considering buying a traffic receiver (9UUC.002.00.2) for my XL30 32mb device (running the impressive / amended 9.450 Navcore). Am I correct in believing that it's free to receive traffic updates?
i.e. I don't have to subscribe to Live Services and that all I need to do is to connect everything up. Are there likely to be any problems in using the receiver with a 32mb device?

Thanks.

1. The model that you are looking at (9UUC.002.00.2) is the current model.
2. Yes, it is free with this receiver.
3. Live is a subscription service, which won't work on your unit anyhow.
4. None other than TT is not tech supporting it any longer, which is no big deal. They are supporting Live services only.

Thanks. How long is the cable? Can't see any info on the TT website.

My unit is mounted slightly right of the windscreen centre line, my cable runs along the dash and then vertically up the right to the top and works a treat
