If i start the GPSSwitchToNMEA.exe nothing happens.

But I just switched to Navigon and it seems to work. I will do a test drive tomorrow :).

That is correct it looks like notthing happens. But je GPS is working now.

Didn't worked for me than. Still the same poblem.

But navigon works great with my gps. Just a few other problems. But i think it's a settings problem.

Oke it works for me. But instead of TomTom you are using Navigon now.
