Did you notice that you are replying to a post dated March 15, 2011??

had similar issue heading from the grain back to stoke on trent,
zoom in on map correction of the bridge or toll and unrestrict for every thing, mine works fine now, can't believe that there are such stupid restrictions for one stretch of road etc.

from 7.5 to 44 etc also height restrictions, just dump all of them and make sure you get them dumped from all sections of the entering the toll lans right through to the exit or beyond, i found loads of different sections on mine,

hope this helps, and also do not avoid toll or ferries etc.
