It seems your device is hardlocked to a specific sound model ID.
You can try to adjust switchfiles so you emulate in X40 or X40 light.
If still no luck with the sound I suggest to try the 9.485 I posted.
Take the version with hardwired sound and it should work.

I did what you told me and that worked I now have 9.465 and map USA Canada Mexico P 895.4449 installed and the voice is working again Thank You very much I really appricate the time you took to help me.
