Tomtom start 2 no signal

Hello guys can somebody help me

i have a tomtom start 2 and i just putted the map in and when i'm trying to u know use my gps i cant because i have 0 signal bars

help please

Did you run TT Home, Update my device, QuickGPSfix?

Did you go outside in the open air?
Did you stand still and gave it some minutes?
Did you switch off the device and switch it on outside and gave it a minute of five?

If it is still not working your GPS-sensor might be faulty and you can have it replaced.
