TomTom passcode reset V2 application ???

hi, im new here but have been doing satnavs for a while so hopefully will be able to help out in the future !
anyway, does anyone know where i can get a copy of the above mentioned software to reset a passcode on a tomtom please ?

ive done a search of the forum and found nothing !

Because of the number of stolen units, Navitotal TomTom does not offer any type of help or software to reset passwords. Sorry.
