Hi everyone i have a tomtom one 3rd edition that won't turn on it just freezes on the boot screen. I've tried different navcores but its no difference just keeps freezing on the boot screen after the clapping sound. I have tried to use the ttcurrantconfig but i get
TTGO.ORI:
ApplicationVersion=9180
TTGO.BIF:
Not Found...
TTGO.BAK:
Not Found...
TTNAVIGATOR.BIF:
Not Found...

Any info would be great use as i'd like to get it working again. Thanks Matt

P.S Sorry for my spelling

Hard reset followed by the TT clear flash tool, delete all from the device except the ttgo.bif, after that install the official Navcore offered by Home.

i have tryed what you say but it still does the same :-(

Please post the entire results from TomTom Current Configuration {13.11.2011}, not just the last 4 items.

That is all is says it's not just the last 4 the text file has no more info in it.

All internal memory & no SD card slot??

512mb internal memory an no sd slot

If you can still access the internal memory, make a backup of it using Windows Explorer.
Delete all from the device, only leave the ttgo.bif in place.
Do a hard reset, followed by the TT clear flash tool.
Connect to Home and let it install the latest official Navcore on your device.
Follow the instructions within Home while doing it!
If the TT still won't start after that, than I suspect faulty hardware.

OK, you have navcore 9.180. What map is on the unit?

there is no map on the unit at the moment

It will NEVER BOOT without a map!!!!

It boots up but complains that there is no map ;)

still wont boot with a map in it :-(

Please run TomTom Current Configuration {13.11.2011} again, & post the results here.
