TOMTOM One Update

I would like to update my tomtom one but it says no maps were found and can't get them set up with the tomtom home app, so is there another option because I don't have room for an sd card.

First check your bootloader
Checking bootloader (the only reliable method)
Enter a device reset 15 sec.
Then turn on the device and hold the start button until you
get info screen. Which bootloader is there.
and wich navcore you have.
