Tomtom one v3

Hi
I have TOMTOM ONE V3 ,update via Home, I put a map , load it but it says : no map found ?!
I put a navcore 8.14..., load it ,map detected , but still locked after using fastactivate ???
can u help please ?

Did you patch the navcore...if not run FastActivate on the device and select option 3 & wait until the message says patch successful
