1. The map is compatible with your Navcore
2. "but it does not work" is no helpful at all
3. you neither mentioned whether or not your Navcore is patched, nor if you activated the map
4. I suggest you follow the instructions provided in the map thread.

These 2 lines below, from your ttgo.bif, tell us that your map is not patched.

CurrentMap=
CurrentMapVersion=0.0

Put FastActivate 1.8.9.0 & a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file in the map folder. Rerun F/A to patch the map.
