If I change the navcore from 7.903 to 8.412 version can I use maps with ALG?

Sorry been away for a bit, I'm currently using Navcore 8.412 with map Uk and ROI 885_4009 and ALG is working fine.
Used it on a trip from London to Wales and it worked fine
