Hi guys i dont know if anyone can help me?

Today i downloaded SE_Navcore.8.412.1236.Basicpack and SE_ttsystem.8.412.1236.rev1.1 and put them onto the sat nav re-booted and was updated succesfully...

Now i downloaded the Europe_1GB_West_865_3259 now i started copying the files accross to the internal memory and it had an error half way and all the files look corrupt the names were all wierd symbols and it wouldnt let me access the internal storage properly.

So now i tried to format the internal storage and kept getting errors saying windows could not complete the format or something like that any ideas???

Have you attempted a hard reset by holding in the reset button for 30 seconds.

no i will try it now and post back thaks for your help and support i have read other posts and you sound like your the main man on here! hopefully can get this solved my mates going to germany tomorrow lol thats why i was putting this map on for him in the first place i have been messing around with this for about 7 hrs+ now

I have just tried the hard reset and no luck mate! i am trying to re-format it again it takes forever.
