Your Navcore and map are fine and support ALG.
Keep in mind that you don't get these infos for all motorway exits.
But you check the status in the preferences it show read "Hide Lane..." - than it is activated.

simmo,

All 865.3245 support ALG, and yes you can enable it in the menu. If you see "Show Lane Images", then ALG is off, so you need to click on it. If you already see "Hide Lane Images", then it is already on. Note that it will only work at certain intersections or exits, not on all of them. The map decides which ones are shown on your device.

1. This is not correct for all navcores & all emu settings. Example: to activate ALG in a unit with navcore 9.205 set to X50 emu GO: Main menu, Change preferences, Advance preferences page 2 & CHECK the box for Show lane images.

Thanks for pointing it out, although it is correct for the 8.412 navcore that he's using here.

I am well aware that it is correct for this unit. With the large number of newbies that we have, one can not make a "one shoe fits all" statement unless it covers all situations.

Actually I was not making a broad statement, as simmo clearly states he's using the "navcore SE_Navcore.8.412.1236.Basicpack" in his first post and I was replying to that. Nevertheless, thank you again tendriver.

We both understand what you were replying to, but newbies don't. Thanx for your understanding & cooperation. End of discussion.
