Go here: All New Maps 870.XXXX In post 1 there is a compatability chart. The far left column is map versions. The far right column is for 7.9XX navcores. You can use any map version, that is in a green box in the 7.9XX column & that your device has enough memory to load it.

1. Download & unzip the compatible map of your choice from All New Maps 870.XXXX
Remove the old map folder. Copy in the new map folder
2. Go here: FastActivate ENG 29.05.2011 {1.8.7.0} Read ALL of the instructions carefully. Select the Premium version.
Run FastActivate Premium to patch the navcore & map.

auto installer will auto-patch the map. you must patch the navcore manually, if not already patched.

Go here: FastActivate ENG 29.05.2011 {1.8.7.0} Read ALL of the instructions carefully. Select the Premium version.
Run FastActivate Premium to patch the navcore, if not already patched.

You can copy the speedcam files, poi files, the mapsettings.cfg file etc, from your old map folder to the new one.

If they were NOT premium voices, but have numbers attached to premium voices, then they may have had .chk.dct files generated when activating the maps, which stops them from working, You just need to delete the .chk.dct files. for NON premium voices.
