TomTom Home Issues

Hi All,

Just tried to update my One XL through Home and received a failure notice telling me that the security certificate in use was not recognised. Couldn't login with the email address associated with the XL and so no updates. Anyone else had any problems?

That's because support for a One XL has been long since discontinued by TT.

You can still do it manually, do a search on the forum and you'll find many example of how to do it

Nope, it's working again today. The only issue seems to be that I haven't had any map updates for a while. Just loaded a UK 1085 map to replace the 1070 that was there. No updates on that or the new 1085:-(. However, GPS updates are downloading OIK again.
