Look at the files on the device with Windows Explorer...can you see the file ttgo.bif?

Where is FastActivate.exe located...is it in the root of your device?

i copy the map in the device now and i ll see

Western Europe 995.8507 does have meta code but it should be too big to fit on a 2GB device

i have download the 1 gb so it s fine sooo now that i have copied the maps on the gps what should i do pls ?

You need to download a different map because Western Europe 1GB does not have a meta code available so it can't be activated

Only maps that have a meta code on this page can be activated

I recommend France 995.8507...or you can read the tutorial

Only Europe_South_1GB 995_8511 has a meta code

should i download with auto installer or without ?

I would say...without

1. Backup your current setup to a safe place
2. Download Europe_South_1GB 995_8511 = 627MB from [Please Register or Login to download file] (PW: navitotal)
3. Once downloaded, delete your old map from your device and replace it with the new map you've downloaded & extracted
4. Now to activate....download FastActivate from here and extract it to the root of your device.
5. Run FastActivate from that location and select options 2 & 3 (waiting for successful messages each time)
6. Done.

That error indicates that the map or navcore isn't patched....re-run step 5 above

You must wait until FA says activation & patching is successful...sometimes it can take a minute

so i did step 5 and now it s like crash
it open automatiocally a notepad file with the meta with this

Sounds very strange, try a reset either via a pin hole on your device or by holding down the power button for an extended time
