Tomtom 920 louder speaker?

I have a tomtom 920 with 9.510 navcore.
The speaker is very quiet even though it's on 100%.
I changed the speaker and it's still the same.
I tuned the tomtom into the car's speakers via fm and i can go as loud as i want.
Is there any way to make the internal speaker louder ?

Are you using a "standard" version of 9.510 or a mod version?

The se version off this site.
It also was the same on the official navcore.

Was the loudness normal on the navcores prior to 9.510?

Yes the sound was like this when I purchased it used.

The seller had to be aware of the low volume issue. If the seller didn't advise/warn you about it, I would return it for a full refund.

Sending it back is not a option.

1) I doubt it.
