TomTom Go 910 Startup Problem

Can you tell me why my device some time connect with computer and some time when i connect it show drive in my computer but when i try to open
it says "Please insert a drive into the disk"
I donot know what is happing.

maybe cable problem or not good plug
if the cable to swing it may be a bad contact ("not tight connection")
