Tomtom 6200 Stuck in recovery mode

Hi, my tomtom 6200 is stuck in recovery mode. I tried to reset it with my drive connect. After resetting the navigator rebooted and start loading the map, but it stuck in the middle of loading the map and rebooted again. After rebooting it goes again in the recovery mode.
I tried several times but same issue.
Please guide me.

You should contact TomTom directly in your country for help with this device...they should be able to help you

is in spanish , but is simple mantain star button , to off tomtom , after mantain buton to see black an white letters , aftes se this , release and push again to se the next screen recovery mode now you can conect to computer an iniciate my drive , after these need to repair your tomtom , if this method not repair , call to ask for tomtom assistance to reset from his servers
