i did try to update the boat loader to 5.5015 from the file which you send me earlier but that didn't work for me on this device ,i tried to copy file system from the link which you gave me ,is the file just called 'system' around 700 kb or is it 'ttsystem 'which is a bigger file
i want to add a bigger card and update to uk and ireland map 925.5412
1)is this the correct boat loader which is on the device at the moment do i have to update it
2) i want to use a se navcore 9.530 with tts function for 32 mb model one ,i know it might not work well but want to give it a try
how do i do this
3)which 2 files are most important in a tomtom backup which you want to save at all cost if you mess with it
is it ttgo.biff ,ttsystem

I reread some of your older posts. You have already asked these questions & answers have been given. I suggest you do a bit of rereading youself.

The answer to your issue is in the post 3 ttgo.bif.

can some one correct me is this the correct boatloader 5.5015 in the above config
why is it only showing 550
or should i have to do some thing else to update my tomtom to navcore 9.530

did form scratch deleted everything on the card except the map
installed one 9.061 se navcore
added the ttgo biff file in the root
and it boots but says cant use this map on this device uk and roi 877

i know its not compatible with the navcore iam trying for the, past day to update the navcore to 9.530 se X00 x10 one one xl, but its not working
i have gone back to the files from my back up and got 925.5412 maps running again .
want to know how do i update the above navcore, did it without any problem in the other go 300, but this one taking so long
if you can tell me how to do it, i will start fresh tomorrow
