Can the TT XXL540s be unlocked to allow IGO8 to run on it and if so, will it run ok with IGO?

iGO will never run on a TOMTOM GPS....
why?
because iGO is built to work on WinCE devices
while TOMTOM uses Linux as operating system,,,,
