Found some thread and follow it but i still couldnt get it to work.

Here is my gps info:

TTGO.BIF:
DeviceName=TomTom ONE XL
DeviceVersionHW=ONE XL
BootLoaderVersion=53026
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8010
ApplicationVersion=9369
CurrentMap=Australia
CurrentMapVersion=705.1485
TTGO.BAK:
Not Found...
TTGO.ORI:
Not Found...
TTNAVIGATOR.BIF:

Any advice is most appreciated.

Thanks

Go here: FastActivate 24.11.2011 {1.8.8.0} Read the instructions. Select the Premium version.

Remove the old map folder from your XL. Copy in the new map folder. Run FastActivate Premium by clicking all 4 buttons, 1 at a time, from left to right.
Disconnect & reboot.

If you use my installer maps all you need to do is to unpack the downloaded archive to your PC as per the instructions and start the Install.exe.
Follow the instructions and when FastActivate starts, do what Tendriver said:

"Run FastActivate Premium by clicking all 4 buttons, 1 at a time, from left to right.
Disconnect & reboot."

1. Don't worry about the 4th button. We will take care of it ,once we get your unit running.

2. Look for a .meta & a .meta.dct file in the Malaysia folder. If the .meta.dct file is missing, then your map is not patched.

If you still have the old map on the device too, you must switch the map :
Manage maps, switch map
Otherwise the TT will keep the old map as it does not select a map based on your location.
