tom tom bricked

Hi, all i'm new to this forum my tom tom is bricked and i am unable to get my it to work, i have tried resetting it, tried a different sd card to no avail so i i'm hoping somone can help me.

It might help to know the model, navcore & map. Define "bricked and i am unable to get my it to work". Does your computer see it in windows explorer?
